If you want your clothes to be washed or ironed, you just have to put them in the plastic bag that you will find in your closet.

In the webapp through your mobile / tablet you will find the price list for "ONLY WASHING" or "WASHING AND IRONING". Mark the desired service in the menu and select the items. Place the bag with the clothes on the bed so that our cleaning staff can remove it.

Remember that cleaning hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. This service is available every day and we do the return of your clothes in 48 hours. If you want an urgent 24-hour service, there is a 50% surcharge.

The hotel is only responsible for a maximum value of 300% of the amount requested. Both the payment of the service, as if you want a special wash, dry, etc ..., you can consult and pay at the Reception.

On suspicion of Covid, we reserve the right to admit clothing. In cases where the garments cannot be washed due to their characteristics, in terms of their composition, we will contact you to offer you an alternative for washing outside our facilities, which may be a supplement.
