Hours

The main reception, located in the main hall, is open 24 hours a day. Any service or information you need, do not hesitate to consult our reception staff.

They will gladly assist you.

The Platinum Reception Schedule (exclusive for Platinum reservations) for Check-in / check-out is from 08:00 to 24:00 hours, is located in the main hall.

The Platinum Concierge (exclusive for Platinum reservations) located next to the Platinum Reception for information and attention to our guests with reservations in Platinum is open from 08:00 hours to 24:00 hours

Complaints /Claims

We will try to make your stay as pleasant as possible, however, we would appreciate it if you have any complaints, that you contact the corresponding Head of the Department or the Head of Public relations or the Head of Reception


Currency exchange and cheques

The Reception changes its foreign currency according to the official exchange rate each day. We do not accept personal bank cheques or Euro cheques. Other departments are not allowed to exchange currency.

At all service points we accept most of the credit cards for the payment of bills: VISA, American Express and Master Card .


Departures

We remind you that on the day of departure you must leave your room before 12.00 in the morning. If you wish to extend your stay by a few hours, ask the reception, where you will receive information about availability, hours and prices.

Once the Check-out is done, any food or drinks must be paid in cash in the different bars, restaurants and other service areas.   Only payment by credit card is accepted.


Excursions and Sports

There are many interesting places to visit. The Reception / Platinum Concierge staff will gladly inform you of the attractions of the island. You can also check the information on the webapp through your mobile / tablet or digital screens

Sports available in Costa Adeje and Playa de las Américas: Water skiing, Surfing, Diving, Pedalos, Deep Sea fishing, Horse riding, Golf, etc.

Info-Point

In the Hotel we have an information point where you can consult information about your reps, with their visiting hours and other information.

This board has general information about the hotel such as schedules of the different services, price lists, rules, etc.

Likewise, we also display our environmental policy and projects that in our hotel Guayarmina Princess we have developed to improve our environment.

You will find this information point in the hallway leading from the reception to the Platinum Lounge.


Lost Objects

We ask that all objects found in the Hotel be handed in to the Reception.


Parking

Please do not park in the prohibited areas at the main entrance of the hotel. A towing service removes and fines badly parked cars. We have covered parking, please check at reception for availability and prices.


Room key, Bracelet and Light Card

The key is replaced by a bracelet that was given to you at your arrival and that you should always carry this with you.

This bracelet incorporates a chip with the personal information of each guest and that includes the details of their reservation, stay and locator number. So it not only enables the opening of the door of your room or access to the Hotel from the promenade, but also serves to carry out your consumption and identification charges digitally in the different Bars and Restaurants of the hotel, since it works like a credit card inside the Hotel.

You will get also a card to activate the electricity in your room, which you must enter in the card holder that is next to the entrance door.

Please be very careful with the bracelet and report immediately to reception in the case of loss, since it has the information of your reservation.

Let us know at reception if you need to be woken at any time of the day or night.
