Rooms
Air conditioning
The air conditioning switch is located at the entrance of the bedroom. Remember that for the proper functioning of the air conditioning, both the door of the room and the balcony door must be kept closed.
Repairs and breakdowns
We do ask that on arrival you check for any damage or anomaly that may be found in the room, notifying reception of such immediately.
For damages caused by misuse to the furniture, fixtures and furnishings, we will be forced to charge the corresponding replacement or repair costs.
According to Royal Decree-Law 14/2022, published in the Official State Gazette (BOE), of energy saving and efficiency measures approved by the Government, it includes the obligation in public buildings, commercial spaces, transport infrastructures (airports and train and bus stations), cultural spaces and hotels to limit the use of air conditioning to 27 degrees.
Water
The hotel's water is drinkable, although we recommend that you drink bottled water as the simple change of water can cause some guests to have an upset stomach.
In Tenerife, as in many Spanish regions, water is a scarce resource. Simple measures such as closing the tap while lathering up in the shower or brushing your teeth helps save water.
Safes
The Management is not responsible for money, jewellery or valuables not deposited in the safe of the room. We recommend you use the safe.
For its correct function perform the following operations:
CLOSING THE SAFE
1. Check that on arrival the safe door is open
2. Type a code of your choice of 4 digits that you can remember.
3. Press the # button to confirm acceptance of the code and close the door.
4. When the door is closed the screen will show the word CERRADO (Closed) followed by the code used.
OPENING OF THE SAFE
To open the safe, type in the same code that you used last time to close the safe and after this the # button
ATTENTION!!
If an incorrect personal code is entered three times consecutively, the safe will be blocked for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes you can use the safe again.
On the day of your departure, please make sure that the door of the safe remains open.
Housekeeping
The maid service is at your disposal in case of need for cleaning, pillows etc… Please Contact Reception.
Minibar Fridge
Upon arrival you will have an empty fridge. If you want to order some drinks, fill in the form available on the webapp through your mobile / tablet and your account will be charged.
If you have booked in on All Inclusive Premium, to fill the minibar or a particular drink, please fill out the "Minibar" form. The drinks will have a discount on the price marked as service .
Orders made in the morning will be served in the afternoon up until 16:30 p.m.
Orders made after 16:30 p.m. will be served the next morning up until 12:00 Midday.
Tea and Coffee Service
We offer a tea and coffee service with one free daily replenishment. Extra replenishment requests carry an additional charge.

Television
We currently have channels in the following languages: Spanish, German, English, Italian, French, Russian and Dutch, as well as music and radio channels.
In the Platinum rooms there is also a speaker bar with Bluetooth connection.
Bathroom towels
Dear Guest; Can you imagine the amount of towels that are washed daily in the hotels without any need? And the amount of water that is wasted like that? In the Canary Islands Water is scarce
That is why the Princess Group is committed to protecting the environment, which is why we use the following system:
Towel on the floor of the shower: "Please change it."
Towel on the towel rails: "I'll use it again."
Please do not use the bath towels for the pool or the beach.
Pool towels
Upon arrival you will receive one or more tickets for the towel changes that correspond to your stay.
If you wish to change your towels more than the established period, you will have to pay an "ecological fee for the service". Please contact the reception for that purpose, where you will get a ticket
The change of pool towels (free or with charge) can be done with the corresponding ticket next to the lifeguard station from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (lunch time)
If you have booked Platinum (Juniorsuite, Ocean Suite or Royal Suite room), the change of the pool towel is daily, free of charge in the Main Solarium, next to the lifeguard station from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
According to urban planning regulations and local law, you are not allowed to hang towels or personal clothes on the balustrade of the balconies. Please use the clothes line only.
Voltage
The plugs you have in your room work with 230 volts / 50 cycles HZ.
Likewise, the rooms are equipped with USB ports for charging mobile phones, tablets or laptops.
The use of other electrical appliances such as irons, radiators, heaters or similar is not allowed.
Housekeeping
The room cleaning schedule is from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 P.M. If you do not want to be disturbed, indicate this with the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign. Do not forget to always remove it before 3:00 P.M. so that our staff can clean your room.
For sanitary reasons, cleaning must be done without the presence of the guest in the room. We appreciate your cooperation in complying with this security standard.
Technical maintenance service
For security reasons, the employees of the Hotel's Technical Service and the Gardener wear a grey polo shirt with the Princess Hotels logo, and a hotel name badge on the chest. The swimming pool attendants and painters white.
For sanitary reasons, any breakdown that our maintenance staff must carry out in your room must be without the presence of the guest in the room. We appreciate your cooperation in complying with this security standard.
