Our Hotel and the Animation Team offers a varied program of leisure, sports and entertainment activities throughout the day.

For health reasons, we remember the compulsory use of masks, maintain a social distance of 1.5 meters and regularly disinfect hands

Please check the weekly program through our webapp on the telephone/tablet, through the screens located at the exit of the Food Market Restaurant or through the 3 Digital Screens: one located in the Main Reception, one located in the Concierge Platinum Lounge and another located between the Restaurant the Roast and the Food Restaurant Market.

For sanitary reasons it is mandatory to make the reservation in advance, since we have a limited capacity. Therefore, we recommend that you schedule your reservations for your entire stay.

The daily programme will be announced on the Digital Screen next to the Music Bar Imagine.


Medical Assistance and Pharmacy

Go to Reception for any assistance: A doctor can be called to you room, as this is a private service this is chargeable and on request.

Due to Covid-19, if you have any unusual symptoms, please inform our reception staff immediately.


Public bus

Stop 200 meters in front of the Fañabé Plaza shopping center. For destinations and schedules check in Reception.

We have 3 Pools

  • Two in the main solarium, one of which is heated in winter
  •  An infinity pool in the Platinum solarium exclusively for guests with reservations in Juniorsuite Platinum, Ocean Platinum Suite and Royal Platinum Suite. Heated in Winter

For reasons of health and safety and cleanliness, please do not bathe before opening and after closing the pool.

We recommend the use of showers for safety reasons and to keep swimming pool water in optimal conditions.

Please respect the rules and prohibitions stated.

There is no right to reserve sunbeds and sunshades. All guests have the same right of use. The hotel reserves the right to remove towels and abandoned objects left on unoccupied sunbeds or unused sun umbrellas

We recommend wearing non-slip footwear in the pool area.

The use of masks is mandatory both within our facilities and outside of them. The pool only excludes the obligation to use the mask during the bath and while on the sunbed.


Wifi

All rooms have a wifi connection. If you want to improve your connectivity you can contract Premium WIFI . Check prices and conditions at the Reception or Platinum Concierge.


SPA and Beauty and Relaxation Service.

Opening hours from 10:00 a.m. to 13:00 p.m. and from 15:00 p.m. to 18:00 p.m.

Located on the 1st floor next to the exit to the seafront promenade.

With Turkish bath. Massage service with cabins inside and outside (a double interior cabin), Balinese beds, indoor and outdoor sunbeds.

In our establishment you will find interactive screens where you can find information about our establishment, make reservations of our a la carte restaurants, get information of our SPA Circuit, weather information, flight schedules, etc.

You will find these screens one in the Main Reception, one located in the Platinum Lounge and another located between the The Roast Restaurant and the Food Market Restaurant.

We invite you to interact with our screens and make your reservations through them with the help of your bracelet (See the section on RECEPTION, Room Key, Bracelet, Light Key).

We have a webapp that you can access through your mobile or tablet. In it you will find the same information as in the Digital Screen.
