A few minutes drive from the capital (Santa Cruz de Tenerife), you will find the Anaga Rural Park, declared a Biosphere Reserve, which has managed to preserve its natural values in an exceptional way.
You will not be the first to fall before his beautiful and abrupt mountain range of clipped peaks.
The deep valleys and ravines that descend from it manage to reach the sea and form numerous beaches where you can take a refreshing dip.
This area also houses a fauna and flora rich in endemism.
The Anaga Rural Park occupies a large part of the mountain range located in the northeast corner of the Island of Tenerife. With an area close to 14,500 hectares, it covers an important part of the Island of Tenerife and extends through the municipalities of La Laguna, Santa Cruz de Tenerife and Tegueste.
